SENSATION! The ex-First Lady Laura Bush killed a guy

altThe famous and provocative TV show Family Guy began its last episode with the scene where several characters with one of them looking like ex-First Lady Laura Bush were repeating many times during the show the shocking phrase: “Laura Bush Killed A Guy”.

But this TV show has a bad reputation and we can’t fully trust them. That’s why let’s refer to the real facts.

As a public police report of 1963 says Laura Welch (a maiden name of Laura Bush) was the main character of the dramatic and real car accident. The report of that tragic road accident also gives such information: Laura Welch continued to drive her car even when it passed a stop sign and as a result her car and a sedan collided. The sedan’s driver was Michael Douglas, a 17-year-old-boy. It is also known that there was the second teenage passenger, a girl, in Laura Bush’s (Welch’s) car. The most interesting that there were no any charges brought against her.

News reports of 1963 informed that Michael Douglas passed away after suffering because of a broken neck. Midland Memorial Hospital claimed him dead on arrival when he was brought to the hospital. There have been numerous rumors over the years regarding Laura Welch’s conduct at the time and whether she was at fault for the accident. Some have insinuated that Laura Welch was criminally negligent and/or she had been drinking. However, no lawsuits or charges were ever filed. There is no evidence of wrongdoing on her part.

Laura Welch was taken to the hospital after the accident and treated for minor injuries. Michael Douglas was a star athlete at Laura Welch’s high school. According to news reports, he was very popular among his peers.

we want to remind you that Family Guy is known for making shocking comments for the sake of attention. Recently, the show linked the McCain-Palin ticket to Nazis. It has also portrayed Jews as nerdy number-crunching accountants, mocked slavery, made light of domestic violence, and insinuated many crass things about the disabled. Peter Griffin once threw a dollar at Sandra Oh because that was “a lot of money to her people.”
