DDA housing scheme 2008 results will be known today

altThe latest news from New Delhi informs that the results of DDA housing scheme will be published soon and the long-expected 5 lakh participants (lakh - an Indian term for 100 thousands people) who were taking part in the DDA Housing Scheme 2008 will be named.

The lottery that will determine the names of 5 lakh applicants is fully computerized and the draw of it will be pulled out before such reliable representatives of a jury as famous Indian state delegates, IIT professors and few media experts.

We want to remind to you that the unique offer from DDA dealing with the giving of five thousand apartments attracted the attention of more than 7.5 lakh potential winners but only 67 thousand forms were chosen for the final drawing of the lottery.

Out of these 352 are three-bedroom units, 889 are two-bedroom ones, 3,231 are one bedroom flats, while 286 are expandable.

These flats which will cost anywhere between 7 lakhs and 77 lakhs would be available in areas like Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Motia Khan, Dwarka and Pitampura.

The results of the same would be available on the DDA website from 15.00 p.m. onwards.
